What we do

Hush Global Inc. structures and implements investments within the given field of design and construction of high end homes and bespoke communities under the Hush umbrella, as well as other Hush derivatives/products that are currently under consideration under the Hush brand which we would consider to be efficient for domestic individuals, institutions that are tax exempt, and a range of international investors' profiles.

Hush Global Inc. also operates a multi-tier entity system, where we typically invest in sectors that are growing or where consolidation is taking place. Within our core sector interests we invest in both performing and under-performing companies, supporting buy and build strategies, rapid growth, or businesses undergoing significant operational or strategic change.

For every investment project that is placed into the fund for management, a separate and private entity or tier would be set up for that investment allowing greater expansion of fund and revenue streams.

Investing in a diverse range of portfolio companies, our objective is to work proactively with our portfolio management teams, together with other stakeholders, in order to create substantial shareholder value.

Hush Global Inc. actively seeks investment opportunities with an intermediate to longer-term investment horizon generating value for clients and management teams.
