NAHEEL SULEMAN (CPA, CA) -  MANAGING PARTNER

As a Chartered Accountant for over 20 years, Naheel has worked for some of the world’s largest companies, holding senior positons across a variety of industries.  This business and finance experience has given him valuable insight as to what it takes for a company to be successful, as well carefully and strategically navigate through complicated business issues.
 
Early in his career, in the early 1990’s, Naheel was a senior partner at a residential home developer as well as a condominium developer, learning the challenges faced by the home building industry first-hand.  In 2000, Naheel set out to starting something fresh: a new vision and goal for building homes.
 
This was the genesis of HUSH.  The HUSH concept that Naheel created was focused on shifting from the end product and focus instead on the buyer’s experiences.  With design, education, customer involvement, and post-move services, Naheel wanted create a company that focused on putting the buyer first with tangible and real processes and concepts.  After extensive research and consultation, the “Hush Methodology” was created and launched – resulting in a massive change and paradigm shift to the way development is normally done.
 
Naheel also realized that great service and experience had to be complimented by a great product.  This is why HUSH is fiercely focused on leading edge technology and innovative products, including a comprehensive Green building practice.

Derief Paul Johnson - Managing Partner

Derief-Paul has over 28 years working in high finance in the city of London. Having spent his formative years working in the ‘open outcry’ futures trading pits of the International Petroleum Exchange (IPE) and the London International Financial Futures Exchange (LIFFE) he has vast experience in developing and implementing trading strategies using energy futures and forward contracts. Analysis and use of hedging strategies, building and maintaining positions in derivatives and also equities, improving models and participating in risk management and trading methods. 

Derief has vast knowledge and experience in the full construction and execution of financial bonds (Corporate, Zero Coupon, Callable, Green) and the construction of other monetary contracts/instruments. Derief also has extensive experience in financial acquisition and mergers & acquisitions which have led to extensive work in the Far East with provincial and central governments in China (Haian County, Jaingsu Province, Bejing) China, and Otaru, Japan.

Currently he also holds the position of Managing Director of DPJ Investments LLC (London).
